Templates
Zapify → Templates has thirty-two ready-made automations. Using one creates a draft on your site with its own new IDs — nothing starts happening until you have read it and set it live.
Choosing one
Each card shows the integrations it needs, with their marks. Integrations you have not got are shown too, dimmed and labelled, because a template you cannot use yet is still worth knowing about.
Filter by category — CRM, Forms, Content, Courses, E-commerce, Users, Webhooks — or search the titles and descriptions.
A template that needs something you have not got is listed with Needs X, and its button is disabled until X is there.
What you get
A draft automation, complete with its triggers, actions and configuration. Anything that needs a choice only you can make — which form, which course, which spreadsheet — is left blank, and Zapify will name it when you try to go live.
Some of what is there
Getting started — welcome new users by email · email me when a post is published · keep a note of every new comment
E-commerce — thank a customer after they buy · note a refund on the order · post new WooCommerce orders to Slack · keep a sheet of every purchase
Forms — forward a Contact Form 7 entry · forward a Gravity Forms entry · log every Fluent Forms submission · send a WPForms entry to a webhook · collect Fluent Forms entries in a sheet
Courses — enrol a buyer in a LearnDash course · let people enrol themselves with a button · tell the team when somebody finishes a course · follow up on a quiz result · welcome somebody to a group
Content — file new posts under a category · thank somebody when their comment goes live · keep a record of post edits · summarise a new post with AI
Users — welcome somebody given a new role · announce new sign-ups in Slack · let a member ask for a callback
Your own — Pro
Import and export is a Pro feature. An automation can be exported to a JSON file and imported elsewhere — the same format templates use. Export strips IDs, counters and timestamps, because they mean nothing on the site it is going to, and it drops the webhook key, because an export is a file people email each other and a webhook key in one is a live credential.
