Zapify Changelog

1.8.1

New Pro integrations for hosted services — Mailchimp (add or update a subscriber), ActiveCampaign (add or update a contact), ConvertKit (subscribe to a form) and ClickUp (create a task).

1.8.0

Connections — the settings screen now fills the width: the services down the left with their logos, the chosen one's settings on the right.

Tools — rebuilt as a card each, saying what every tool does and when to reach for it, with the danger zone set apart.

System status now reports the server's limits, the WordPress install, the active theme, every installed plugin and which of them Zapify integrates with — and the whole report copies to the clipboard in one click.

Fixes — a premium template could be built into an empty automation when imported past the guard that normally refuses it.

1.7.0

New Pro integrations — LifterLMS (course and lesson completion, enrolment, memberships, with enrol and remove actions), Tutor LMS, Easy Digital Downloads, Ninja Forms and Formidable Forms.

Logos — every integration now shows its own logo instead of a lettered tile.

1.6.0

The builder — rebuilt so triggers and actions each sit in their own panel, every card carries its integration's mark and #id, and the sentence is the first thing you read. Adding a filter, delay, branch or loop is behind one menu on the thing it applies to.

Conditions now read as part of the flow: the automation's gate between the two panels, an action's filter on the action itself. AND/OR is switchable between rules, nested groups render inside their parent, and a group is named by what it means — any of these or all of these.

Switches — an automation can be set live or paused in one click from the list. Every trigger and action carries its own switch: live, off, or draft. The automation's switch no longer overwrites them, so pausing and resuming leaves every step exactly as it was.

Delays — an action can wait minutes, hours or days.

Buttons — a new trigger: somebody clicks [zapify_button] or [zapify_link].

Templates — thirty-two, up from sixteen, each showing the marks of the integrations it needs.

The free build — premium integrations now appear greyed and browsable instead of being invisible.

Fixes — an unfinished condition silently stopped an automation for ever; editing an action's filter threw away its delay; removing a delay often did not; several layout faults in the builder and the picker.

1.5.0

One condition engine for the trigger filter, automations, actions and loop items, with a stored explanation of every skip.

Webhook sources: one URL feeding many automations, with listen mode, replay, retries and verified signature schemes for eight providers.

Routes — branch one automation instead of maintaining one per case. Loops — run a set of actions once for every item in a list. Scheduled and bulk automations.

Includes schema revisions 1.0.1 through 1.4.1.

1.0.0

First release. Multi-trigger automations with ALL/ANY logic, a compiled hook map so a request matching no automation costs no extra queries, recursion and loop protection, Action Scheduler for queued work, and a run log recording each action's resolved configuration before it executes.
