Auto-Generate Short Links on WP All Import
If you import posts, pages or WooCommerce products in bulk with WP All Import, creating a short link for each one afterwards is a chore. URL Shortify PRO integrates with WP All Import so that short links are generated automatically as the content is imported — no second pass required. This is a PRO feature, enabled with a single checkbox under Settings → Integrations.
PRO feature
The WP All Import integration is available in URL Shortify PRO. You'll also need the WP All Import plugin installed to run the imports themselves.

How to enable auto-generation of short links
- Go to URL Shortify → Settings in your WordPress dashboard.
- Open the Integrations → WP All Imports section.
- Turn on Generate short links automatically.
- Save your settings.

With the setting on, URL Shortify creates a short link for every post, page or custom post type that comes in through a WP All Import run.
What to know before you import
When Generate short links automatically is enabled, URL Shortify generates links for all post types included in the import. If you don't want short links created for a particular import — for example a one-off product feed — turn the checkbox off before running that import, then turn it back on afterwards.
The short links follow your usual slug and prefix rules, so imported links look the same as ones you create by hand. See Slug & Link Prefix Settings to control how those slugs are generated.
Conclusion
The WP All Import integration removes the manual step of shortening imported content: enable one checkbox in URL Shortify PRO and every imported post, page or product gets a short link automatically. For imports that don't come through WP All Import, see Bulk Generate Short Links, and browse the full list of connections on the Integrations page.
FAQs
How do I create short links automatically when importing with WP All Import?
In URL Shortify PRO, go to Settings → Integrations → WP All Imports and turn on Generate short links automatically, then save. From then on, every post, page or custom post type imported through WP All Import gets a short link created for it during the import, with no extra step.
Is the WP All Import integration free?
No. The integration is part of URL Shortify PRO. You'll also need the separate WP All Import plugin to run the imports themselves. The free version of URL Shortify doesn't include the Integrations settings tab.
How do I stop short links being created for a specific import?
Turn off Generate short links automatically under Settings → Integrations → WP All Imports before you run that import, then re-enable it afterward. While the setting is on, URL Shortify creates links for all post types in the import, so toggling it off is the way to skip a particular run.
Do imported links use my slug and prefix settings?
Yes. Auto-generated links follow the same slug generation and link prefix rules as links you create manually, so they stay consistent with the rest of your links. Adjust those rules under Slug & Link Prefix Settings before a large import if you want a specific format.
