What gets exported

URL Shortify exports two different datasets, from two different screens:

The links export is a full account snapshot; the clicks export is scoped to the single link you are viewing.

Export all your links

Go to URL Shortify → Links.
Click Export Links at the top of the list.
The browser downloads a links.csv file containing every link, its status, and its group and tag assignments.

Export a link's clicks

Go to URL Shortify → Links.
Open the statistics page for the link whose clicks you want (the stats/chart action on that row).
In the Clicks Details section, click the Download CSV icon.
The browser downloads the click records for that link.

Each click row reflects what URL Shortify tracks — timestamp, referrer, device, browser, OS, country, and IP, subject to your reporting settings.

Clean the data before you export

Exports mirror what is stored. If you want to keep bot hits or your own visits out of the file, exclude them at the source first — see Filter out robot clicks and Exclude specific IP addresses.

Export format

Both exports are standard CSV (comma-separated values), which opens directly in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, or any spreadsheet and analytics tool. No other file format is offered from these screens.

Exporting vs. site migration
