Manage Magic Links in Admin

Magic Link includes an admin area to create, review, and manage login links.

Create a Link Manually

1. Go to Magic Link > Magic Links.
2. Create a link for any user.
3. Copy the link with the per-row Copy button and send it to the user.

You can also generate a link from a user's profile under Users > All Users. See Create a Magic Link for a user.

View Existing Links

The Magic Links list table tracks each link by:

• User
• Status
• Expiry
• IP

Each row has a Copy button to grab the link quickly.

Bulk Actions

Select multiple links in the table and choose Delete to remove them. See Bulk delete Magic Links.

Revoke Links per User

On Users > All Users, each user row (and the bulk actions menu) includes Revoke Magic Links, which invalidates that user's active links.
