Email Digest Reports for Magic Link

The free Email Digest sends you a periodic summary of Magic Link activity by email, so you can keep an eye on logins without opening the dashboard. Configure it under Magic Link > Settings > Reports.

Enable the Digest

  1. Go to Magic Link > Settings > Reports.
  2. Turn on Email Digest.
  3. Choose how often it should send and who should receive it.
  4. Save changes.

Choose When It Sends

  • Frequency — Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
  • Day — the day of the week (for weekly) or day of the month (for monthly) to send on.
  • Time — the time of day the digest is sent.

Choose Recipients

Enter one or more email addresses that should receive the digest. This can be the site owner, a store manager, or anyone who needs a regular view of login activity.

Preview and Test

Two buttons help you confirm the setup before it goes live:

  • Preview — see what the digest email will look like with your current settings.
  • Send Test — send a one-off copy to your recipients so you can confirm delivery and formatting.

Why Use the Email Digest

A scheduled summary keeps login activity visible without extra effort. It is useful for membership sites, WooCommerce stores, and customer portals where you want a regular pulse on sign-ins.
