How to Use the Magic Link Dashboard

The Magic Link Dashboard gives site administrators a quick view of passwordless-login activity without opening individual Magic Links or the Audit Log.

What the dashboard shows

The dashboard is available under Magic Link → Dashboard and includes:

• KPI cards summarizing recent activity.
• Link Activity showing generated versus used links over the selected period.
• Activity Heatmap for longer-term usage patterns (PRO).
• Top Users showing which users generate and use links most often (PRO).
• Recent Links showing recently generated links and their status.

Choose the reporting period

The dashboard provides a 7 days view. Magic Link PRO also unlocks the 30 days view and the longer activity heatmap.

Click Refresh when you want to reload the dashboard data.

How to use the dashboard

Use the dashboard when you want a quick answer to questions such as:

• Are users actually using the Magic Links being generated?
• Has login-link activity increased or decreased recently?
• Which users are using passwordless login most often?
• What are the latest link statuses?

For individual events, open the Magic Link Audit Log.
