-
- NewLogify widget on the WordPress Dashboard, so activity is visible without opening the plugin. One card with a switchable chart — Daily Activity, Activity by Event Type, Action Type Distribution — and a plain-language summary of the last seven days: total events, daily average, and busiest day.
- NewPeak Activity Times — a chart in the widget showing the busiest day and hour. PRO
- NewDashboard statistics now include a top-actions breakdown, which feeds the widget's Action Type Distribution chart.
- UpdateThe widget is limited to users who can manage options, and asks to be placed at the top of the Dashboard.
-
- NewMemberPress logging. PRO
- NewMemberships, groups, and access rules — created, updated, trashed, restored, and deleted. PRO
- NewSubscriptions — created, updated, expired, and deleted. PRO
- NewTransactions — created, updated, and deleted. PRO
- NewMembers — added, signup completed, account updated, and deleted. PRO
- NewMemberPress settings changes. PRO
- UpdateMemberPress memberships, groups, and rules are recorded once as membership activity instead of appearing a second time as generic post entries. PRO
- FixThe Logify admin footer could sit on top of the end of a short page. The reserve at the foot of the content is now grown to fit the taller footer, so the overlap is gone and core's placement is kept.
-
- NewbbPress logging now covers the whole forum, not just deletions. PRO
- NewForums — created, updated, trashed, restored, deleted, and status changed. PRO
- NewTopics — created, updated, trashed, restored, deleted, opened, closed, stickied, unstickied, marked spam, unspammed, approved, unapproved, moved, merged, and tags changed. PRO
- NewReplies — created, updated, trashed, restored, deleted, and moved. PRO
- UpdatebbPress forums, topics, and replies are recorded once as forum activity instead of appearing a second time as generic post entries. PRO
- UpdateRedesigned the Logify admin footer into a single row with the plugin name, version, the KaizenCoders signature, and quick links.
- UpdateTested up to WordPress 7.1.
-
- NewYoast SEO tracking — records changes to SEO title, meta description, focus keyphrase, social and X titles, descriptions and images, canonical URL, indexing and following, cornerstone content, schema page and article types, and breadcrumb title. PRO
- NewYoast SEO changes are captured wherever they are made — the block editor, the classic editor, Quick Edit, the REST API, and WP-CLI — and each save produces a single entry listing every field that changed with its old and new value. PRO
- New
kc_lf_log_retention_daysandkc_lf_yoast_tracked_fieldsfilters and thekc_lf_after_retention_purgeaction for developers. - FixExclusion Rules were never applied. Rules for users, roles, IP addresses, post types, post statuses, and event categories are now honoured, and excluded activity is dropped before it reaches the database. The
kc_lf_should_logfilter now fires as documented. - FixThe Log Retention Period was never applied, so the activity log grew indefinitely whatever the setting. A daily task now removes entries past the configured period, working in batches. "Keep Indefinitely" disables it.
- FixData Anonymization only removed the IP column from the Activity Logs screen, leaving the full address visible in the details panel and in exports, and never masked the country. IP addresses are now masked everywhere they appear, and "Anonymise All Data" hides the country as well.
- FixTheme installs and theme updates were recorded with the wrong event type and appeared as plugin activity. Existing entries are corrected automatically on update.
-
- NewActivity Timeline — a chronological, per-user view of everything that happened, filterable by user and date range, with load-more paging and a link straight from each row on the Users screen. PRO
- NewWooCommerce activity logging — products, orders, order items and refunds, coupons, customers, product categories, product tags, and WooCommerce settings changes. PRO
- NewBranding footer on Logify admin screens with quick links to About, Documentation, and Support, adapted for PRO users.
- UpdateUI Improvements.
- FixFatal error on activation.
- TranslationL: Update .POT file.
-
- NewForce Logout — end any user's session from the User Sessions screen. The session is terminated in WordPress itself, so the next request from that browser is signed out. PRO
- NewUser Sessions is now backed by a dedicated session ledger, tracking each login separately with status (active, idle, expired, revoked), login time, last activity, duration, browser, device, and IP / country. PRO
- NewUser Sessions list table with per-user filtering, adjustable rows per page, pagination, and bulk delete. PRO
- NewSessions that already existed before Logify started tracking are imported automatically, so users who were logged in before the upgrade can be force-logged-out too. PRO
- NewStale sessions are retired automatically on an hourly schedule, so the list reflects who is actually online. POR
- NewEvery forced logout is recorded in the activity log as its own event, with the administrator who performed it. PRO
- NewLogins are tagged with the method used — a login through Magic Link or a Temporary Login link is labelled as such in the Activity Logs list.
- NewTrack URL Shortify short links — created, updated, and deleted. PRO
- UpdateUI Improvements.
- TranslationsUpdated .POT file for new translations.
-
- NewBefore / After change view — the log details panel now shows the previous and updated value side by side for profile updates, WordPress settings, taxonomy terms, widget layouts, and status changes.
- NewDelete a single log entry directly from the Activity Logs row actions, with a confirmation prompt.
- NewRefresh button on the Dashboard to rebuild the cached statistics on demand instead of waiting for the cache to expire.
- NewEmail Logs — every email WordPress sends is recorded with recipient, CC, BCC, Reply-To, subject, body, attachments, IP, and delivery status, including the error message when a send fails. PRO
- NewUser Sessions screen — active and expired sessions per user with login time, last activity, duration, browser, device, IP / country, and a per-user filter. PRO
- UpdateUser profile updates now record exactly which fields changed (display name, email, roles) instead of a generic "profile updated" message.
- UpdateDashboard "Top IP Addresses" card is now "Top Countries", showing full country names. PRO
- UpdateDatabase schema is upgraded automatically to add the email log table on update.
